About Lee Boughey
Working across our power supply cooperative to lead Tri-State’s Member Experience strategy with member distribution systems across nearly miles of the West: Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico and Wyoming. Focused on collaboration, engagement, communication and trust as our co-op delivers reliable, affordable and responsible power and services for our members and the communities they serve.My role also supports member-focused economic development—helping our cooperatives retain and grow load, and demonstrate that electric cooperatives are open for business to strengthen local economies across the rural West. When not out working across the region, I enjoy the outdoors and lots of live music that helps keep me balanced and energized.
