I develop technical standards, inspection frameworks, and structured quality processes that support consistency in manufacturing environments, particularly where complex materials and high-performance components are involved. My aim is always to move quality beyond compliance and into a system that actively supports better engineering and production outcomes.I also have a strong interest in process optimisation and digitalisation, often developing solutions using platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint to connect engineering, operations, and management teams and improve how data flows through the organisation.I thrive in environments where problems need to be untangled, systems need to be built, and teams need clarity. My approach is analytical, direct, and focused on creating processes that actually work in the real world — not just on paper.
