She regularly counsels clients in cases involving federal and state Miller Act and Prompt Payment Act claims, claims for delay and extended general conditions, and other complex contractual disputes. She has significant experience litigating claims surrounding the construction and improvement of highways/infrastructure and large-scale federal buildings, including new embassy compounds and other secured federal buildings.In her insurance practice, Lee-Ann represents corporate policyholders in disputed claims and coverage litigation matters.
