Also oversee the functions of legal and compliance, risk management, contract administration, general operation, and facility management. Provide strategic leadership on company-wide initiatives, including regular assessments of future opportunities and challenges, return on investments, cost controls. Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and play a key role in major administrative policy-setting and decision-making. Work closely with the Board of Directors. Serve as the primary liaison to the BOD Finance Committee and Audit Committee.
