Manage production of residential loans meeting CRA guidelines. • Work with local community groups and partners to promote BankUnited’s portfolio CHAMP mortgage product• Create and maintain relationships with partners to insure production goals will be met• Meet CRA origination goals for State of Florida through utilizing network of Housing Counseling agencies, Realtors, Builders and other community partners for loan referrals.• Insure all loans were complaint with regulatory requirements including HMDA and TRID.
