About Leeann Passaro
Over 5 years, I\'ve developed parallel career paths at the intersection of education and non-profit management, sharing my leadership and time between independent schools and The Hidden Opponent 501(c)(3), founded with my co-partner, Victoria Garrick Browne.Currently working as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Indian Creek School outside of Annapolis, Maryland. Also proudly an executive and program founder at The Hidden Opponent, which educates on mental health in athletics, and advocates for an overall healthier sports culture. In just three years, we built the non-profit from the founding documents, to a first-of-its-kind global partnership with adidas. My work, personal story, and thought leadership have been featured in various publications, including The New York Times and Women\'s Health Magazine. B.A. in English from Washington & Lee University. NCAA varsity women’s soccer and lacrosse for the Generals —2016 and 2018 ODAC Champions. The Lawrenceville School class of 2016, continuing to support The School as a class agent today. Storyteller. Mental health advocate.
