I am both the founder of Boston Newborn Care, an agency that supports families with newborns a licensed nanny placement agency. In addition, myself and my team are certified Postpartum Infant Care Doulas. We are a Carrot Fertility, and Maven Clinic approved agency. Our specifically chosen P & ICD and Newborn Care Specialist team will assist families with daytime and overnight support and parent/ grandparent/ nanny training. I have enriched my practice by becoming a lactation consultant, a certified sleep specialist with newborns and along with my P & ICD /NCS role. I practice what I preach. Practices, procedures and pediatric policies change from year to year. By working in the field I can most effectively train nannies and support families with the best care.We only hire career nannies.\"Those who love with they do do it well.\" For 15 years I was in a professional environment where I learned the ins and outs of the business world. I chose to start this business because it is a field that I love.My background in business, training and counseling care providers, coupled with my career as an Infant Specialist provides me with the perfect background to manage clients, teach and train providers and parents and support families with their babies. Our families are happy with the service, the care and the friendship. We keep in touch with the families we support.
