   In this role I am responsible for setting the operational objectives of the Human Resources function and ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction though the Human Resources Contact Center. Through leadership of HR Managers, professional level team members, and Administrators, our team provides oversight to various operational, administrative, regulatory and compliance processes within Human Resources including overseeing the development and communication of all of Fulton Banks Affirmative Action Plans.
