LeeAnn Manning, CPA is a Partner at Floyd Advisory. She has considerable experience advising executive management, audit committees, and their counsel on a broad range of accounting, finance, and business-related issues.Ms. Manning has assisted legal counsel across a range of industry with business disputes, internal investigations, SEC related matters, white collar defense matters, government inquiries and other forensic accounting assignments. She has presented findings and observations to several government agencies including the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Education and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.
