Key Skills: Resource ManagementStakeholder ManagementResource AugmentationRecruitment, Permanent and Associate; including Boolean searchingAccount ManagementMy role is to provide intelligent resourcing solutions to internal stakeholders while looking to maximise staff utilisation on all current projects. I liaise with our key internal stakeholders such as Business Developent Managers, Portfolio Managers and often our Directors to identify quality resourcing options, both to external and internal projects. The role requires a deep understanding of approximately 100 consultants, their skills and attributes as well as an ability to augment teams quickly to deliver for our clients.o Provide intelligent resourcing options to internal stakeholders while looking to maximise staff utilisation.o Provide resource to bid management team and support the win business process.o Liaise with HR and Line Management to try to align the aspirations and development needs of our staff when resourcing into roles.o Support changes of staff within projects where required, to include responding to short notice changes requiring negotiation with multiple portfolio managers.o Maintain a complete picture of current resource allocation, including associates and a forward look of future resource requirements.o Maintain accurate records including, availability tracker, historical utilisation and forecast utilisation.o Support the HR Co-ordinator to identify future recruitment requirements in professional services staff at 3, 6 and 12 month horizons.o Support the HR Co-ordinator to recruit both professional services staff (for long-term requirements aligned to the company’s core skills) or associate staff (for short term requirements or for non-core skills).
