As Estate General Manager of Brocket Hall Estate, one of England\'s premiere golf and country club I am responsible for the overall management and P&L of the 541 acre estate that includes the following business activities- 36 hole championship venue recognised as 37th best Golf Resort in GB & I- 18 x bay newly constructed Trackman golf academy- Fine dining 3 Rosette restaurant offering private dining and event experiences- 46 x Bedroom stately home with private accommodation - 2 x large conference and event facilities with 150 seated capacityBrocket Hall has recently been awarded the Gold Flag venue status by 59club and our 3rd Rosette one of only three restaurants in Hertfordshire to have achieved this accolade in fine dining. I manage a multicultural team of over 150 staff that form the back bone of ensuring Brocket Hall is maintained as the most premium golf estate in England. The estate is home to some of the most iconic events in the county including the Hertfordshire Wedding Show and Hertfordshire Fantastic Fireworks Show. As a championship venue we host large scale corporate golf events together with being the venue of choice for professional tours and associations including The Legends Tour, Clutch Tour, Ladies European Tour Access Series and PGA National Championships.
