As a practicing board-certified Emergency Physician dedicated to the reform and improvement of the health care system, I am the proud physician founder of Divine Mercy Health Center.Divine Mercy Health Center is a faith-inspired non-profit comprehensive care model designed to improve overall health at the patient and population level. DMHC is designed to help patients overcome the social determinant of health barriers to achieve their best health. As an organization, we have two divisions to the ministry:(1) Community outreach and (2) Clinic operations. The Community outreach division conducts free medical missions in at-risk communities to help marginalized populations receive important health screenings while being connected to essential services throughout the community. The Clinic operations division is a full-service clinic that offers affordable primary care, mental health, and addiction services.
