August 2025 - Currently delivering an SHF Wave 3 Retrofit Programme in partnership with The Riverside Group across the Liverpool and Halton areas, we are programmed to complete over 300 homes by March 2026 in these two areas.January 2025 – August 2025– Successfully delivered First Choice Homes internal planned works across the Oldham Borough.January 2024 – February 2025 – Successfully delivered the L and Q SHDF Wave 2 works in the Manchester area, in total we delivered 95 Properties, the works included CWI, Ventilation in line with the Retrofit Desings, new windows and doors and also EWI works using the Art brickwork product which was a great success in the Altrincham area, we also delivered some planned works during this time.September 2018 – June 2024 - Successfully delivered the voids, Decants and Responsive Maintenance contract for Wrexham Borough Council as the Project Manager, we were doing approximately 3 - 4 voids a week and 95% of the voids were full internal and external refurbishments averaging at 40k a property. I also delivered four Net Zero properties for Wrexham throughout 2023 as part of this contract, achieving an EPC A Rating for all four properties.November 2017 - August 2018 - Project Managed the re-cladding of 16 tower blocks for One Manchester, also installed a communal heating system too three of the tower blocks.Prior to 2017 I have delivered many contracts successfully for various clients during my time at Wates, all aspects of works including, High Rise Building refurbishments internal and external, internal and external planned works packages on low rise dwellings, and remodelling of a housing estate as part of the Oldham PFI Contract which included new road layouts and installation of deep drainage.
