I am employed as the Operations Director of Robertsons. We undertake investigations, intelligence and surveillance within a variety of industries, and are certified in ISO:9001 & ISO:27001. We are the largest privately owned investigation business in the UK and have unrivaled ROI. I presently oversee the day to day operational running of the Intelligence, Investigation, Complex Fraud, Surveillance & Desktop areas of the business to ensure all operate efficiently, at their optimum levels and integrate with each other seamlessly. My responsibilities include:Identifying and implementing new and improved processes within the teams as well as ensuring current processes are being managed correctly.To maintain departmental compliance with agreed client SLA`s and other objectives.To ensure that we remain at the forefront in the field of Investigation with innovative, and market leading solutions.Identifying areas to improve the quality of service to clients and the profitability of the business, through cost savings, productivity and more efficient working practices.Arrange and attend client meetings nationwide to market new products to clients, and build, maintain and develop client relationships.To ensure all staff understand and are compliant with DPA, TCF, Anti-Bribery, Health & Safety, Environmental & Sustainability, and other such e-learning topics.Actively participate at Board level by presenting ideas/solutions where issues have been identified.Maintain excellent market knowledge of claims & investigation issues, legislative changes and proactively manage changes within the business.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the teams within the business to ensure there is close alignment and understanding of objectives.Rectify any issues identified and drive a high performance culture to support the business objectives, strategy and philosophy.Provide 121 coaching and feedback.Assist and provide guidance on DPA related issues.
