Assessing NICEIC approved contractors within the Derbyshire area. NICEIC is the UK’s leading voluntary regulatory body for the electrical industry. It has been assessing the electrical competence of electricians for sixty years and currently maintains a roll of over contractors. In addition to our core electrical business we provide certification to firms across the heating, plumbing, renewable and insulation sectors. Our focus is supporting firms to help improve their businesses.We provide a number of products and services specifically tailored to help contractors meet the changing nature of the construction industry. This includes training, technical advice, certification and information on all the latest industry developments.NICEIC has developed a reputation amongst consumers, specifiers of work and industry for promoting safety, integrity and technical excellence.Our contractors undergo a rigorous assessment process, covering a representative sample of their work, their premises, documentation, equipment, and the competence of their key supervisory staff. They are then re-assessed on a regular basis to ensure continued compliance.One of the fundamental principles of third party certification, so that the certification provides confidence, is that it is impartial and free from bias.In order to provide this confidence it is essential that certification decisions are based solely on objective evidence of conformity and are not influenced by other interests.Certsure ensures that the certification provided is impartial by managing any potential conflicts of interest so that its impartiality is not compromised.Certsure has established processes which ensure that, irrespective of what assistance may have been employed to develop or maintain the client\'s processes:no advantage will be gainedcertification will not be easier or cheaperand that certification decisions will be based solely on the objective evidence gathered during assessment activities.
