About Lee Tuchfarber
After leaving Colliers International as an agent representing large-scale retail developers, Mr. Tuchfarber spent 12 years in market research, site selection, capital formation and the development of senior housing communities. These projects totaled 455 beds and in development cost. More specifically, turn-key developments included: · 32-bed memory care facility and 85-bed assisted living and rehab community in suburban Wausau, Wisconsin, · 32-bed memory care facility and 60-bed assisted living facility in Marshfield, Wisconsin, · 74-bed assisted living and memory care community in suburban Minneapolis, Minnesota, · 60-bed memory care facility in suburban Denver, Colorado, · 112-bed memory care and assisted living campus in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. After being unimpressed with the traditional approach to senior housing management, he formed Renew Senior Communities, LLC on July 16, 2016. Mr. Tuchfarber has curated a collection of leading specialists from within and outside the industry. Together they are setting new standards for enhancing and extending the well-span of seniors.
