Selco is a trade only builders merchant with a rapid expansion plan.\\\\n\\\\nMy main responsibility is to grow the categories I manage, maximising sales and profit with existing customers as well as improving the offer to attract new customers. I am responsible from the complete cradle to grave journey of all the products that I look after.\\\\n\\\\nMy role\'s main responsibilities include:\\\\n\\\\nRange reviews\\\\nSupplier negotiations\\\\nMarket intelligence\\\\nMonitoring supplier performance\\\\nPlanograms\\\\nPricing\\\\nNew suppliers\\\\n\\\\nI am also responsible for the Timber Certification for Selco and I am the Chain of Custody Manager for FSC & PEFC, which includes branch audits and all the day to day running of a multi site scheme.\\\\n\\\\nAlongside FSC & PEFC I look after the Responsible Purchase Plan to remain a member of the TTF.\\\\n\\\\nMy categories are as follows:\\\\n\\\\nTimber\\\\nSheet Materials\\\\nLandscaping\\\\nUPVC Cladding\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
