ABOUT LEE TABIS

Passionate and enthusiast, and will work hard at whatever is put in front of me. A very ambitious individual, who is a strong believer in continuous improvement and development, both of myself and others. I am technically minded, and enjoy a challenge.My ultimate goal is to become a versatile, well-rounded engineer, with a good understanding of all aspects of the built environment. I would be looking in the future to expand my experience in other cultures around the world, in order to fully learn and integrate adopted techniques and processes in engineering practice.I also aim to be at the forefront of developing young, up-and-coming engineers, giving them the greatest possible opportunity to mature and grow within the industry.I have recently been fulfilling the role of Design Manager within the Midlands since March 2020, but unfortunately been unable to make this position formal due to the current COVID-19 situation. This has involved managing a team of 5 others of both M&E disciplines, including cost and overall resource management.
