ABOUT LEE SYKES
I am an experienced Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager working within the public sector. With a history of using data to drive workforce innovation, I take an evidence-based outlook to EDI initiatives without forgetting the need for a person-centred, collaborative approach to embed true and impactful change. I am an independent researcher, with interests including gender and self-starvation in Victorian literature, C19th material objects of healthcare, and illness narratives of the 19th century. I develop tailored workshops talking about my lived experience of Autism and ADHD, and gender identity.
