Lead analyst for design, build, implementation, and maintenance of all reference lab, health information exchange (HIE), electronic laboratory reporting (ELR), and incoming client reference work interfaces. 14 interfaces in total-Lead analyst for all Epic Beaker/Laboratory billing build and processes. This includes, but not limited to, charge bundler build and maintenance, Hospital Account maintenance and splitting, CLIA-specific payor billing maintenance-Extensive design, build, and maintenance of Beaker tests, including specific reflex actions, result checking, interface mapping, creative accessioning extensions and rules, among many other testing enhancements for the Laboratory-for internal tests and reference labs-Primary analyst for all pre-analytical workflows and processes contained in Epic. This includes encounter design and creation (pre-scheduled, walk-in, and requisition cases), draw charging captures, department schedule and draw list creation and maintenance, optimizing the collection workflow for both end users and patients-Lead analyst for scoping, testing, deploying, and maintaining laboratory and specimen-related hardware. Worked across several IT departments to deploy over 600 devices before Beaker implementation and appropriately map devices to workstations across 8 physical locations-Lead designer for Beaker specimen, aliquot, slide, cryogenic, and container storage labels-Led the design of the Laboratory\'s third party client order system (Sunquest) and developed the end user system and database for clients to interface orders/results to our laboratory-Configured the Beaker Lab Results Routing (BLRR) platforms, including internal faxing as needed-Lead analyst in jumpstarting new laboratory departments for rapidly checking in patients, easily documenting collection, and packing listing specimens for all COVID testing across the enterprise-Led many projects across different platforms. Also led several Epic Upgrades for Lab.
