In my opinion a trusted and strategic customer relationship is the result (and not the cause) of a successful product sale. For me, selling means understanding the customer, his company/Industry and competitors by actively listening and showing the customer new impressions and perspectives and helping him to achieve more. Trust is therefor always the basis.I act the same way towards my friends, colleagues, family and other humans. I am very socially oriented and help where I can.
