I have transformed Indra\'s software capability. When I joined there was solely an embedded software team. I created Cloud, Testing, and Internal Tool Development teams. This transformation has lead to the development of an Indra App and Cloud Platform for which I was technical lead in the product team. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.agileapp.indraapp I have also been product owner and technical lead for the development of an Industry 4.0 tool that can analyse faults in the unit. Next step is pre-emptive faults alerting. I was responsible for recruiting and forming the teams that developed these products. I have also ensured that the software processes have had the correct overhead and stringency to support the growth of the department and company. Processes were lightweight and agile while Indra was still a start-up but have developed as the company has grown in size- I have ensured efficient working and communication between all software teams My other responsibilities include road-mapping, customer support, and incident management I am line manager for cloud, platform, embedded, and testing and tools team leads I have Software technical authority on Indra products I work with the systems team to ensure that regulatory requirements are clearly traceable to software implementation Take the lead on third-line support processes from Engineering to the Commercial and Customer Support teams on matters which relate to Software and wider issues where appropriate I ensure trends in customer support issues feedback into product design and improvements I am accountable for end-of-line testing and pass-off of Indra products Engage with the commercial team to advise on future product viability I mentor others throughout the business in engineering knowledge and leadership skills I also take a strong lead on my team\'s well-being. I start each meeting with an emotional vocabulary check-in and am the company\'s well[-being champion.
