ABOUT LEE ROSSITER

Lee has 30 years experience in a diverse range of roles including Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution and CARE Pensions Administration, Implementation, Projects, Programming and System Testing. Since joining ACS HR Solutions UK Limited in 1991. His initial experience spans from the cradle to the grave Pensions Administration across a number of different schemes. Beginning his career as a Records Administrator, he moved onto be a Pensions Administrator, then becoming a Senior Specialist and a Deputy Team Leader before becoming a Team Leader in 1998 to take control of a life cornerstone client. Lee was then promoted in 2006 to Service Support Manager to head up a brand new team to administer Defined Contribution Schemes and to help introduce the concept of right first time investments via Straight through process. Following a successful two years establishing this new team, Lee was made Pensions Delivery Manager in 2008 and became responsible for managing the entire Pensions team for ACS in Bristol. In July 2012 Lee became Senior Scheme Manager at Jardine Lloyd Thompson in Bristol and successfully helped to transform SLA\'s on a cornerstone client, turning a scheme that incurred regular penalty fees to being rewarded bonuses for service excellence. In August 2019 Lee joined Buck Consultants as a Team Leader on the National Projects Team. Duties on this team allows Lee to manage a number of projects across a wide range of clients, ensuring project plans are on course and up to date and quality is of the highest standard. In July 2020 Lee was promoted to Administration Manager. Lee has the Qualification in Pensions Administration which is a national vocation ran by the Pensions Management Institute. He has also acquired the foundation and practitioner PRINCE 2 qualification.
