About Lee Ann Rose
While interviewing to join The E.W. Scripps Company, I asked a long-time executive, “What’s the key to success here?” His response: Always raise your hand for new projects, especially those no one else wants. The advice served me well. It allowed me to pursue new careers within a culture that encouraged change and risk taking. It broadened my knowledge of the innerworkings of a publicly traded company and exposed me to the nation’s finest nonprofits. I possess extensive experience in designing internal and external communication strategies, developing content for digital, video and print, and maximizing both grant-making and fund-raising programs. My agility allows me to serve clients across industries. One of the benefits of a communication career is the ability to adapt and work in myriad industries and sectors. In my 20-year career, I\'ve managed communications in financial services, a media-holding company, healthcare and education. While interviewing to join The E.W.
