I lead the John Day Basin and Klamath Basin water planning work at Sustainable Northwest and oversee the organizations energy program. As part of that work I facilitate and provide project coordination for the award-winning Lower John Day Lower Work Group (LJDWG)(OWEB Awards LJDWG Partnership of the Year Award). I also support a Klamath Conservation Coalition that works to ensure that the public receives consistent, persuasive messages supporting the largest dam removal effort in North America and support on-farm energy and conservation efforts to restore the Klamath River ecosystem and strengthen the local economy.
