Lee Radford\'s practice seeks to strengthen businesses, including through general counsel assistance, and with business acquisitions, employment issues, non-competition covenants, real property issues, entity structures, and corporate compliance advice. This focus includes litigating partnership disputes and other disputes between owners. Lee Radford also focuses on the needs of the health care sector, by advising regarding health care compliance, assisting with employment contracts, establishing and acquiring health related businesses, and advising on issues regarding Stark and the Anti-Kickback Statute and other legal requirements. Lee Radford also has experience in supporting Idaho\'s agricultural businesses, both as corporate counsel and in relation to issues involving purchasing, marketing and sales, employment, acquisitions, real property, water, waste disposal, and other legal needs. Lee Radford also assists companies with environmental compliance and remediation, including by litigating environmental claims and issues. He has extensive experience litigating claims of environmental damage, and in reconciling the rights of Native American tribes and tribal law with environmental remediation efforts. Lee Radford also provides legal representation in real estate development and land use and planning issues, including commercial leasing, construction, and real estate finance. He has experience in relation to Idaho\'s tax increment financing and urban renewal laws, and other Idaho tools to encourage investment. He has been involved in many community efforts to attract major businesses to eastern Idaho.
