At Creative ID we believe that everybody is creative, in different ways.Why do we believe that? Because we\'ve done the research!As Creative Psychologist I have been responsible for much of the science and statistical analysis which underpins our psychometric tool. Whether you prefer to Stimulate, Spot, Sculpt, Select or Support. you can be confident that your Creative ID profile has been a product of solid psychological theory and scientific testing.In addition to keeping up with the latest research on creativity and innovation, I also work with the rest of the Creative ID team to design and deliver solutions for our clients and consultants. This works in two main ways- Firstly, directly with clients - using the Creative ID tool and methodology help our clients take a different approach to their existing challenges, to collaborate better, to lead differently, or to embrace creative intelligence. We help our clients to think differently and stick around to see the benefits- Secondly, in our Creative ID Community - three times per year we run certification courses which enable people to become Creative ID consultants. By taking them through the methodology, the science and the facilitation techniques, we have built a community of fantastic people - both independent consultants and in-house practitioners. These people then use our tool with their own clients, as well as contributing to (and benefitting from!) being part of the Creative ID community.
