Blockade included the replacement of 1.5km of OHLE return conductor wire; the blockade was highly complex, as the sole co-ordinator with many third parties involved gaining experience in OHLE piling and erection of steelwork.• S&C renewals and remodelling, which all included a large amount of OHLE works that required to be completed prior to the commencement track renewal including new OHLE piles/structures, removal of crossover wires and re-tensioning.• Camden Road Station - multi-disciplinary emergency renewal scheme where a derailed freight wagon caused damage to the P-Way, signalling and OHLE assets. At short notice my team mobilised to lead the works. Closely monitored by the client and TOC, we successfully planned, mobilised, co-ordinated and delivered the works safety and handed back prior to clients hand back time.Tube LinesThe company responsible for the upgrade of Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines.Projects involved in:•Managing the East London line enabling works •Managing the upgrade of communication systems in 11 stations•Assisting in the upgrade of the OPO system on the Piccadilly Line. • Assisting with the project management of multidisciplinary projects (Civil, M&E&S&T) worth up to £2 million.• Managing the technical assurance for intermediate works – typically works valued between and £2 million.
