Responsible for a team of field service engineers and service agents throughout UK in the installation, service and repair to hot, cold and boiling water products as well as Vented and Unvented Hot Water Heaters. Since starting with WCD in 2013 then it has been my aim to not only increase the field service network but to instil passion and drive for customer satisfaction throughout. From 2 engineers back then to 21 now, then it\'s been a steady rise, one which I hope will continue to grow by exploring new and different opportunities.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
