About Lee Paulsen

RF Technologist and phased array system lead with experience in aviation, consumer, and defense markets. Demonstrated ability to win both commercial and government contracts across a wide spectrum of array application spaces from low cost ABF for consumer applications to DBF for specialized DoD needs. Driving to break cost and capability barriers that currently prevent widespread adoption of phased arrays in existing and emerging markets. These complex systems require multi-disciplinary teams of experts to co-design solutions and attack all angles of the development, from the device level building blocks up through assembly, packaging, and acceptance testing. I love working on complex, interesting, and meaningful problems with large teams. Expertise in team leadership, phased array system design trades, satcom antennas, modeling, requirements capture and sub-system allocation, test planning and campaigns, engaging manufacturers, technical risk management, and training colleagues from different backgrounds to develop arrays. Also have experience managing multi-site technical teams from around the globe.
