Greccio\'s mission is to provide stable, safe, and affordable housing, to offer resources for residents to achieve stability, and to promote solutions to the affordable housing needs of our community.With over 600 apartments across 26 locations, Greccio offers a variety of options of neighborhoods, schools, employment areas, and are all located on public transportation lines.Greccio\'s pipeline of new projects reflects the need for affordable housing in Colorado Springs, and our capacity to help fulfill that need. From acquisition/rehab of existing properties, to adaptive reuse of office space to residential, and new construction, Greccio is a leader in affordable housing development and property management. Greccio Commercial Real Estate Services was launched in January, 2022, and provides licensed professional oversight of properties managed for 3rd-party owners.
