About Lee Parker
To kick off my professional career, I was blessed with 5 years of employment and career advancement at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. This included three challenging internships within the Driver Personnel and Human Resources departments. That internship experience blossomed into a full time role as a Recruiter on the Corporate and Field Teams in HR. I then took on the business side of the company as a Capacity Procurement Representative and Fleet Manager. This brought my understanding of the Transportation industry full circle.The next step in my story brought me to my most recent previous employment at Procter & Gamble. I began as an Order Coordinator on the Walmart Order Management team, before being promoted to Category Operations Analyst. My 3.5 years at P&G made good on the promises of growth and acceleration. I helped manage multiple CPG categories within this Fortune 100 company, which required wearing many hats in one day alone. This included delivering numerous merchandising events, analyzing data and trending, and issuing resolutions and/or strategic executions along the way. My time at Procter & Gamble was pivotal in expanding my tool belt and preparing me for my current role as Category Leadership Analyst at Kraft Heinz on the Category Growth Team working on the Walmart Account. My educational and professional career within people management, logistics, and supply chain has been meaningful thus far to say the least, but this is only the beginning, and the future is bright.
