ABOUT LEE NICHOLSON

Throughout a successful and progressive career with Cegedim Group, a global technology and services company, I’ve developed extensive skills in managing operations, teams, clients and projects in roles including Implementation Project Manager and Engineering Manager, and more recently have taken on the role of Hardware Support Manager at CegedimRX, taking full responsibility for the company’s hardware technology roadmap. As a Team Leader I’ve led large field-based engineering teams, providing the management, support and direction needed to complete high-quality work, as well as managing various projects that delivered customer service improvements and cost savings. I enjoy using my communication skills to develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers and am experienced in identifying customer requirements and ensuring these are delivered. Projects include hardware installation roll-outs to over sites across the UK, covering large NHS facilities, GP practices and pharmacies, providing technical knowledge and advice and resolving issues to ensure projects were delivered on time and within budget.
