Globally focused and results driven Leader with more than 12 years of hands on technical experience including over 8 years of resource / team management.I\'m currently working as a Director of a global QA / Test team across Toronto and Singapore within TD Securities, part of Canada\'s second largest bank. Our team performs test planning and execution for applications in the front, middle, and back office as well as championing test processes, tooling, and governance within TD Securities as well as TD Bank and it\'s other lines of business. My background is well rounded including managing a multi-function 24hr operational support team for my previous employer, software testing and development, off-site consulting and systems analysis on top my current role.I have extensive experience with Java and databases (primarily Oracle, Postgres, and DB2) including projects for supporting, testing, and designing data systems designed specifically to hold large volumes of data used for reporting and data mining purposes. I have always been aligned closely with DevOps priorities and have many years experience in administration and configuration of the Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence, Stash, etc.).I possess strong personal skills in both communications and time management. I\'m able to communicate high level goals and initiatives to my teams in a manner geared towards motivating them for high levels of achievement as well as managing multiple projects / programs to successful completion.
