   Primary contact for Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Client Connector, and Zscaler related incidents for troubleshooting and resolution. • Creation, updates, and modifications of ZIA and ZCC procedures, and standards for troubleshooting, security incidents through Service Now ticketing system, and standard operational items (new ZIA tunnels, destination bypasses, etc). • Experience in design, implementation, and testing of security solutions and services for a large or more complex project to its completion which includes production support, and documentation, and takes accountability for the maintenance of existing security solutions or services. • Migrating the policies from on premise Bluecoat to Cloud Based Zscaler Proxy service in tandem with various application owners. • Whitelisting IP space for various Project team to access external vendors access to ensure safe and secure connectivity.
