C2 is a community empowerment programme, founded by front-line health workers with senior Research Fellows from Exeter University. C2 has an enduring track record of breaking down long-standing barriers to transform health and well-being, confidence and visibility of communities across the UK.An early pioneer of co-production, relationships are at the heart of C2, which makes communication key. As well as capturing the stories and reflecting the activities and environment of our networks, we also promote a community journalism approach, which adds to the confidence and visibility of communities.
