I grew up in San Jose long before ‘Silicon’ was transplanted in the old orchards of the \"Valley of the Hearts Delight\" which became the tech center of the world known as ‘Silicon Valley’. During a time when there were orchards in Sunnyvale and an egg farm in Cupertino. I know, I worked on the egg ranch in summer of 1961. After the Navy I spent years in tech, retiring from IBM (Santa Teresa Laboratory) by way of TRW & Varian (Palo Alto) From the beginning I knew the importance of listening to my clients to better understand their wants and needs in order to provide them smart marketing plans to achieve their goals. During my 4 decades in real estate, I have successfully represented buyers, sellers, investors and developers in all aspects of residential real estate and land development. During up/down markets, recessions/recoveries, bull/bear markets and now a pandemic that has made real estate even more important than ever.
