ABOUT LEE MCCARTHY
All of my job roles have been very much focused around customer service, from which I have developed a real passion for resolving customer queries which began in a previous role working for a domestic appliance repair agent. This has become a huge part of my current job role working as part of the technical team for Mandarin Stone. Also as assistant manager of the Wilmslow showroom I take charge of the day to day running of the showroom, where again my vast customer service experience has been crucial. The dual role is important to me as is it essential that i\'am always learning and gaining more knowledge to enhance my ability to perform my job role.
