ABOUT LEE M.
Having built up (quite scarily), over 20 years of experience across many industry sectors - I have over the last decade or so been working exclusively with Microsoft offerings for ERP / CRM plus associated technologies such as reporting tools and Office/Power Platform supporting applications. My contribution to these business transformation projects has varied across solution design/architecture, process improvement delivery and change/project management. Engagements have ranged from clients such as FTSE 100 insurers and healthcare providers to small family run business with a local focus. I have broad experience ranging from the pre-sales and opportunity processing \"front end\" through to manufacturing/distribution and the underlying financial and management information needs typical of these projects. I joined Synergi in 2017 with the task of building a Microsoft Dynamics practice and due to strong growth and a need for clear focus, Synergi launched our dedicated Microsoft Dynamics brand - Unifi in September 2021.
