Lee is a proactive and highly professional executive with over 20 years’ experience and a solid track record of business development, project management and market research for technology-related products and services in Asia. He launched his career with sales, marketing and business development roles in Japan and Thailand (he is fluent in both languages) including three years as a Senior Account Manager with Reuters Limited in Tokyo.After completing an MBA in International Business Management in the University of South Carolina and the Business and Economics University of Vienna, Austria, Lee joined the Kenan Institute Asia as a Consulting Team Leader assisting Thai firms with Business Strategy, Technology Planning and Productivity Enhancement as well as US Market Entry Strategies. Next, he was Country Manager in Thailand for BEA Systems, a US-based vendor of “middleware” software such as Weblogic, developing business with enterprise-level clients. Later, he became Director of the Strategic Planning Group at Fujitsu Systems Business Thailand, a top-tier IT services company, advising senior Japanese executives in Thailand on emerging business opportunities and leading Fujitsu’s mergers and acquisitions strategy. Following a successful period working for ISM Technology Recruitment, Lee joined Stamford International University where he brings his extensive business experience into the classroom to develop students for careers in international business.
