ABOUT LEE KENNEDY
As an experienced L&D professional my role is to create an environment and culture where continuous improvement is driven every day. Overseeing a global L&D function across three continents, we have to continually challenge ourselves to deliver a best-in-class L&D offering! This covers all areas of development from our Consultant population who may have little to no experience, all the way up to our management and leadership development. Our focus is on making our training engaging, unique and ensuring that people can put this into practice in their role. For me personally, I love to make training fun and engaging whilst ensuring we are supporting our people to put the theory and knowledge into practice. The highlight was being awarded the Princess Royal Training Award in 2023 for an outstanding onboarding program by Princess Anne.
