As well as managing Mercia’s digital and content strategy, I maintain its social channels, produce and edit video content and create bespoke graphics for website and social use. I also started \'The Mercia Podcast\'(which is currently 10 episodes old), updated all graphics across social and website for a more fresh look and feel with Photoshop, learned how to maintain the Mercia website with WordPress and have learned many new valuable skills whilst being in the Digital Marketing team. I\'ve successfully grown social channels (organically) to increase deal flow, brand awareness and lead generation, resulting in more website visits, video views, website downloads and a healthy CTA.
