I am currently undertaking a temporary role, working on behalf of the NHS. I am responsible for typing, editing and sending appointment/results/referral letters to Dr’s, Surgeons, clinics, and patients. I also check for tests/biopsy/scans being undertaken, and update the system with the results. The current Covid-19 situation means that I am often re-deployed to whichever service is short of staff and/or needs additional support.
