Real estate was my first career, but a detour into fashion and product development changed how I think about building — I learned that real estate development is product development. You’re designing something, building it, and putting it into the world.In 2017, on a drive to IKEA for a bunkbed with a newborn at home, I stumbled into Red Hook and felt something immediately. The creative energy of that neighborhood became the foundation of RedHoek+. I started from the back of a minivan with no office, no team, and one project.Today I lead a growing team that has delivered over $500 million in completed residential developments across New York, New Jersey, and South Florida. We bring thoughtfully designed homes to neighborhoods where they didn’t exist before — and we carry that same creative energy into every market we enter.Beyond development, I serve as President of Magen Abraham Synagogue and I’m a proud father and husband.
