Advisory board member for multiple projects - validating and providing guidance on team’s HSE strategies. Advising a large-scale hydrogen/methane greenfield project with an estimated $7B capital investment that is located in a complex environmental area. Reviewed Phase 1 and 2 reports and provided perspective on recognized environmental conditions. Led NEPA consultant selection evaluation, and provided guidance on navigating federal, state, and local permitting. The project achieved initial investment. Led revision for standard process applications manual for capital project across the Enterprise. Based on practitioner feedback, significantly reduced the volume of this manual while providing clarity and functionality. Responsible for maintaining the unit’s HSE dashboard to provide HSE status visibility to senior management. Revised this dashboard to provide clarity and align with unit metrics.
