As a consultant, I work closely with the founder/CEO in all areas of HR management including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance issues, termination, and more. I also work with client contract management, various p & ls, team development and communications, along with various reporting, operations,and admin tasks. Executive Assistant to CEO - Uprise Partners (04/20-04/21). As a consultant, I was responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including calendar management, HR admin, contract management, and more. I also developed the benefits (health, dental, supplemental, HSA, etc) for the organization. Gradually took on more responsibility and was promoted to Chief of staff. I have been using the Microsoft products in this role, along with Adobe. I am familiar with the Google Suite as well.
