About Lee Harris

After a long and successful career in sales and management, I had an opportunity to transition into the mortgage industry. I quickly found my calling and only wish I had started at a younger age. It is by far the most exciting and rewarding career I have had the pleasure of being involved in. I’ve been told that communication and attention to detail are two of my strengths. I make it a point to listen and connect with my clients, always trying to structure a personalized solution that meets or exceeds their needs. Nothing is more important to me than to “do the right thing” for my clients and to make sure they have a smooth, painless experience with their loan. My job is to look out for their best interests and to be available if and when questions arise. I believe that people do not care what you know, until they know how much you care! This is why building relationships has been one of the keys to my past success. When asked what my favorite part about my job is, I have to say it’s not only meeting new people, but actually being able to help those people as well. By the end of the purchase or refinance process, my clients feel like they are working with family or a trusted friend. They often refer friends and family to me, which is the greatest form of gratitude and compliment I can ever receive. We impact people’s lives in a positive manner and that is why I love what I do. I’ve had success in my career, but nothing that satisfies me like what I do today!
