Working for large multi-billion-pound PLC’s and SME’s enabled me to build a balanced perspective of the industry, the strategies we employ to gain market share, maximise profit, improve safety and nurturing business culture. Having held board positions in many of these organisations I have experienced a contrast in passion, talent, culture and belief. From implementing growth strategies, restructuring processes and creating performing teams I have learnt from mistakes and enjoyed the successes of business and people.
