Work Experience Manager @Oldham College

As the manager of the Work Experience team, I am dedicated to fostering strong relationships with both local and multinational employers. My role involves the successful delivery of the T Level Industry Placements and the college work experience program, consistently achieving and exceeding employer engagement targets.In my leadership capacity, I am responsible for overseeing the T Level program and returns. This involves leveraging a variety of systems, such as CRM, MyCAP, and EBS, to achieve end-of-year targets and compile comprehensive data. Currently, I am focused on integrating new systems and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of both the team and the college\'s operations
