I am a Partner at Bennetts Solicitors Attorneys & Notaries. I act for both private and business clients, primarily owner managed businesses. As such I am able to advise on a broad range of issues affecting businesses, from start up to dissolution and my practice emphasises on commercial litigation and dispute resolution work, either through court proceedings or mediation. I am particularly interested in, and specialise in, claims involving company disputes breach of fiduciary duty and minority shareholders actions. I also have extensive experience in acting in professional negligence actions. I undertake complex Chancery work for private clients, including Ancillary Relief proceedings, contentious Trust and Probate disputes as well as TLATA claims; frequently for clients with substantial and / or business assets. I am a member of the Bristol Law Society and the Professional Negligence Lawyers’ Association.
